深圳福田口岸(落马洲)/罗湖口岸——香港理工大学
东铁线:过关后乘坐东铁线至红磡站(约50分钟),从A出口步行至校园。单程费用约40港币。
(2)校内地图

(1) 内地参会人员需提前办理港澳通行证及有效签注,合理安排行程。
(2) 香港的室内冷气通常比较强劲,建议携带薄外套。
(3) 香港使用英式三脚插座(TypeG)。建议提前准备好转换插头,会场可能提供少量借用,但数量有限。
(4) 建议提前开通香港漫游。微信、支付宝在香港基本可用,但部分小店或街边可能仍需现金或八达通,建议准备少量港币现金。

Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of the Chinese Society for Vibration Engineering, we are pleased to announce that the 2026 International Forum on Frontiers of Vibration Theory and Engineering Applications will be held from 11–14 September 2026 at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong, China.
The forum aims to provide an international platform for researchers, engineers, and industry experts to exchange recent advances, emerging technologies, and future perspectives in vibration theory and engineering applications. The event will foster interdisciplinary collaboration and promote innovation in vibration engineering and related fields. We cordially invite experts, scholars, and practitioners from academia, research institutes, and industry worldwide to participate in this forum.

When making the payment, please include the following reference: FFVTA2026–Name–Affiliation. The registration fees are as follows:
CSVE Members: RMB 2,500 per person
Non-members: RMB 3,000 per person
Note: On-site payment is not accepted. The registration fees will be collected by the Chinese Society for Vibration Engineering (CSVE), which will issue official invoices accordingly.
The recommended hotels for the forum are Harbour Plaza Metropolis and Hotel ICON. Participants may choose their preferred hotel according to their individual needs and make reservations directly through the hotels’ official websites or authorized third-party booking platforms.
Meals will be provided during the forum. Please refer to the conference programme for the detailed meal schedule and locations.
(1) Getting to The Hong Kong Polytechnic University
● Hong Kong International Airport → The Hong Kong Polytechnic University
By Bus: Take Bus A21 from the airport and alight at Hung Hom Station. The journey takes approximately 60 minutes, followed by a short walk to the campus. The one-way fare is approximately HKD 33.
By Airport Express / MTR:
Option 1: Take the Airport Express from the airport to Tsing Yi Station, transfer to the Tung Chung Line to Nam Cheong Station, and then transfer to the Tuen Ma Line to Hung Hom Station. The entire journey takes approximately 60 minutes. Exit at Exit A and walk to the campus. The one-way fare is approximately HKD 90.
Option 2: Take the Airport Express to Kowloon Station. From the Kowloon Station Bus Terminus, take Bus 215X and alight at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University stop, followed by a short walk to the campus. The one-way fare is approximately HKD 120.
By Taxi: Enter or provide the destination as The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, 11 Yuk Choi Road, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes, with a one-way fare of around HKD 350.
● Hong Kong West Kowloon High Speed Rail Station → The Hong Kong Polytechnic University
By MTR: From Austin Station, take the Tuen Ma Line to Hung Hom Station. The journey takes approximately 10 minutes. Exit at Exit A and walk to the campus. The one-way fare is approximately HKD 6.
By Taxi: Enter or provide the destination as The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, 11 Yuk Choi Road, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes, with a one-way fare of around HKD 80.
● Shenzhen Futian Port (Lok Ma Chau) / Lo Wu Port → The Hong Kong Polytechnic University
By MTR (East Rail Line): After clearing immigration, take the East Rail Line to Hung Hom Station. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes. Exit at Exit A and walk to the campus. The one-way fare is approximately HKD 40.

(1) Travel documents for mainland participants
Participants travelling from Mainland of China should apply for a valid Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao and the required endorsement(s) in advance. Please plan your travel arrangements accordingly.
(2) Indoor air conditioning
Indoor air conditioning in Hong Kong can be quite strong. Participants are advised to bring a light jacket or cardigan.
(3) Power plugs
Hong Kong uses British-style three-pin Type G power sockets. Participants are advised to prepare a suitable travel adapter in advance. A limited number of adapters may be available for borrowing at the venue, subject to availability.
(4) Mobile roaming and payment
Participants are advised to activate international/Hong Kong mobile roaming services in advance. WeChat Pay and Alipay are widely accepted in Hong Kong; however, some small shops and street vendors may still accept only cash or Octopus. It is therefore recommended to carry a small amount of Hong Kong dollars in cash.
